Job summary

London South Bank University is recruiting two roles of Research Associate in Biomedical Engineering/Computing to join the Bioscience and Bioengineering Research Centre and support the international PROSPER study.

You will work on the bioinformatic and clinical data strands, applying network and multi-layer network methods to characterise patient outcomes, with hybrid London-based arrangements and occasional overseas collaboration.

Qualifications

• PhD in biomedical or quantitative field.
• Experience building and deploying ML/DL pipelines for biomedical/clinical data.
• Familiarity with network science and multi-layer network methods.

Responsibilities

• Analyse clinical/omics data and disease trajectories.
• Integrate network analyses with imaging biomarkers from the consortium.
• Collaborate with international clinical and imaging teams on the PROSPER study.
