Job summary

Glennon Brothers Group is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead & Service Engineer to lead day-to-day planning, coordination and administration of maintenance across the CET's portfolio of industrial biomass boiler systems in the UK and Ireland.

You will own routine maintenance coordination, CMMS management, RAMS, spare parts and field service support, while supervising engineers and coordinating with clients, OEMs and contractors to maintain plant availability.

Qualifications

• HND or above in mechanical/electrical engineering, or time-served apprenticeship with relevant experience.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, preferably biomass/steam systems.
• Experience planning, scheduling or coordinating maintenance activities.
• Strong fault-finding skills across mechanical/electrical/control systems.
• Experience using CMMS to manage schedules, work orders and records.
• Good health and safety RAMS knowledge and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance planning and coordination across sites.
• Manage CMMS and maintenance records, ensuring accuracy.
• Coordinate spare parts inventory and procurement.
• Prepare RAMS and safe working procedures for activities.
• Provide field service engineering support to clients.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and standards.
