Collision Center Production Manager

Position Overview:

As the Collision Center Production Manager, you will be responsible for organizing vehicle movement through the shop, assigning repair jobs to technicians, managing the paint schedule, and communicating effectively with staff and customers. This role requires a calm, professional demeanor and excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and prioritize vehicles for repair to ensure steady shop flow
• Assign jobs to body and mechanical technicians based on skillset and availability
• Create and manage the daily paint list in coordination with refinish staff
• Communicate with technicians, estimators, customer service reps, and management to resolve workflow issues
• Act as a key contact for customers with repair status updates or concerns
• Address daily challenges and interruptions without losing focus or momentum
• Maintain a clean and organized production environment

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair or automotive production setting
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Strong ability to remain composed under pressure and handle interruptions
• Highly organized with good time management and prioritization skills
• Positive attitude, approachable demeanor, and problem-solving mindset
• Working knowledge of repair processes, insurance procedures, and paint production is a strong asset

Work Environment:

Full-time, on-site role in a fast-moving, team-oriented production floor. Regular interaction with technicians, estimators, CSR staff, and customers.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year. Additional pay includes bonus pay. Benefits include casual dress, company pension, dental care, disability insurance, employee assistance program, extended health care, life insurance, on-site parking, paid time off, RRSP match, store discount, and vision care.

Schedule and Location:

Monday to Friday, in person at Hanwell, NB. Starts as soon as possible. One vacancy available.
