Job summary

Oxygen Conservation seeks an estate manager to lead ambitious environmental delivery and run Manor Farm as a thriving rural estate. You will own the Biodiversity Net Gain programme, oversee ecotourism growth, manage built assets and tenancy relations, and coordinate capital projects.

We value project management flair, hospitality instincts, and the ability to build strong partnerships with landowners, contractors and regulators.

Qualifications

• Love of the natural world and ecological restoration.
• Hospitality instinct and guest experience.
• Transferable skills and potential welcome across varied backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Biodiversity Net Gain programme.
• Oversee aquatic restoration including Stow Bedon Stream restoration.
• Coordinate estate capital and infrastructure projects.
• Champion organic management and SFI-related conservation goals.
