Job summary

Qualifications

• MSc/MTech/PhD in molecular biology, biotechnology, robotics, or related field.
• Hands-on bench experience with molecular biology techniques.
• Experience with lab robotics and automation systems.
• Strong Python and/or C/C++ skills for data pipelines and hardware control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate low-cost assays and lab workflows for forensic and clinical applications.
• Build and troubleshoot instrumentation, robotics, automation, and data pipelines.
• Design, build and maintain robotic systems for autonomous bench work.
• Collaborate with customers to translate problems into technical requirements.
• Prototype quickly with available resources and iterate to a simple solution.
