Job summary

Resolian Inc. in the United Kingdom seeks a Project Planner in Bioanalysis to manage portfolio timelines, liaise with Bioanalytical Principal Investigators, and keep project information up to date. The role requires occasional travel to the Fordham office, once or twice a quarter, or as needed.

You will monitor resource requirements, track milestones, manage invoicing timing, and provide reports on KPIs. Collaboration with BPIs and cross-site colleagues is essential to ensure on-time delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biological sciences or related discipline.
• 0–2 years project management experience in a regulated laboratory or research environment; CRO experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with BPIs to maintain up-to-date project information and timelines.
• Ensure information is up to date for your portfolio of projects.
• Track resource requirements aligned with project budgets.
• Track timing and status of invoice milestones; indicate when customer invoices can be raised.
• Identify tasks requiring support outside the immediate project team (QA audits, pharmacokinetic analysis, data management).
• Maintain oversight of the delivery backlog and milestones in your portfolio.
• Use resource plans to update Operations Managers and Business Development on scheduling.
• Provide accurate reports on resource demand, customer deliverables, revenue forecasts and KPIs.
