Leica Biosystems in Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK, is seeking a Scientist to support data generation for our Companion Diagnostic product development within the R&D team. This on-site position focuses on generating high-quality data using automated staining systems and producing plans and reports aligned with project timelines.

Qualificações

• Cell culture experience, ideally recombinant cell lines and hybridoma.

The Scientist for Leica Biosystems is responsible for aspects of data generation to support the development of our product portfolio. It is intended that work will focus on Companion Diagnostic product development but will not be limited to this and the successful candidates may find themselves working on a variety of projects as the need arises. This position is part of the Research and Development (R&D) department located in Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK and will be an on-site role. The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• Cell culture experience, ideally recombinant cell lines and hybridoma.
• Experience of antibody purification
• Have knowledge of H&S and how this applies to Laboratory environments.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience of Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
• Experience of working within a regulated environment
