Job summary

Buzz Group in Fenton is seeking a confident Bingo Caller (Presenter) for a flexible 20-hour contract, including evenings and weekends. No experience required beyond a lively, entertaining presence and comfort with presenting to a crowd.

You’ll be known as a Presenter, bringing energy, and working across club areas while supporting engaging entertainment and customer experience.

Qualifications

• No experience required; confident, ambitious and ready to entertain a crowd.
• Willingness to be yourself and own the role while presenting.
• Able to engage audiences with clear, professional announcements.

Responsibilities

• Calling numbers and making announcements with clarity, professionalism, excitement and passion.
• Be flexible on tasks across all areas of the Club including front of house, book sales, treasury, machines, the bar area and kitchen.
• Contribute ideas to drive the Club forward and improve procedures.
• Ensure smooth operation of entertainment offerings and compliance with legislation.
• Promote and sell relevant products with enthusiasm.
• Create a safer gambling environment for customers and colleagues across all channels.

Join us as a Bingo Caller in our FentonClub offering a 20 hour contract which is fully flexible over 7 days, including evenings and weekends. The starting hourly rate is £12.71, increasing to £12.91 upon successfulPresenter sign off.

Your Responsibilities as Part of Our Team

• Calling numbers and making announcements with clarity, professionalism, excitement and Passion
• Be flexible on tasks across all areas of the Club from front of house, book sales, treasury, machines, the bar area and kitchen including, general housekeeping throughout the Club, checking the toilets and ensuring presentation is always to a high standard
• Contributing ideas for driving the Club forward and suggesting more efficient procedures
• Ensure there is a smooth operation of our entertainment offering, ensuring compliance with all legislation
• Promoting and selling relevant products in a passionate way
• Ensuring you create a Safer Gambling Environment for all our Customers and Colleagues across all of our channels; online, in club and live
