This role is office-based, five days a week, in Bishopsgate.

Your new role:

As a key member of the Technical Operations Team, your role involves managing and completing risk capture and endorsement processing, ensuring accurate and timely data recording.

Responsibilities include:

1. Binding/Slip Processing: Ensuring data entry accuracy within the underwriting system from slips and endorsements, liaising with stakeholders, and improving processes.
2. Outsourced Management: Managing SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs with outsourced providers.
3. Earnings: Coordinating with the Actuarial team to update earning patterns monthly.
4. Data Quality: Maintaining data accuracy, training teams, and liaising with Data Quality teams to ensure continuous improvement.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Overseeing month-end procedures, workload management, audit support, and reporting to management.

Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• At least 10 years of insurance industry experience.
• Operations/Management experience, including managing outsourced providers.
• Understanding of Underwriting and Policy Administration systems.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Adobe, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, manage deadlines, and produce accurate work.
