This role is office-based, requiring 5 days a week in Bishopsgate.

Your new role:

As an essential part of the Technical Operations Team, the role involves managing and completing risk capture and endorsement processing, ensuring accurate and timely data recording.

Responsibilities include:

1. Binding/Slip Processing: Ensuring data entry and accuracy within the underwriting system for inwards business, liaising with stakeholders, and reviewing processes for efficiencies.
2. Outsourced Management: Ensuring SOPs are current, SLAs and KPIs are met, and managing relationships with outsourced providers.
3. Earnings: Liaising with the Actuarial team to update earning patterns monthly.
4. Data Quality: Maintaining data accuracy, training teams, and collaborating with Data Quality teams to address issues.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Overseeing month-end procedures, workload management, supporting audits, and producing management reports.

Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• At least 10 years of experience in the Insurance industry.
• Operations/Management experience, including managing outsourced providers.
• Understanding of Underwriting and Policy Administration systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and report presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing deadlines effectively.
