This role is office-based, 5 days a week, in Bishopsgate.

Your new role:

You will be an essential part of the Technical Operations Team, managing and completing risk capture and endorsement processing to ensure accurate and timely data recording.

Responsibilities include:

1. Binding/Slip Processing: Ensure data entry and accuracy in the underwriting system for inwards business, liaising with stakeholders and improving processes.
2. Outsourced Management: Maintain SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs with outsourced providers, ensuring performance standards are met.
3. Earnings: Collaborate with the Actuarial team to update earning patterns monthly.
4. Data Quality: Oversee data entry accuracy, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Manage team workload, support audits, produce reports, and maintain documentation.

Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• At least 10 years of experience in the Insurance industry.
• Operations/Management experience, including managing outsourced providers.
• Understanding of Underwriting and Policy Administration systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing deadlines effectively.
