Job summary

Aon plc is offering a Binding Authority Account Manager role (FTC) based mainly in-office with the flexibility to work from home 1–2 days per week. You will handle DUA contracts, manage data quality, and ensure regulatory compliance across Lloyd’s systems and Aon platforms.

You will collaborate closely with clients, Coverholders, Underwriters and internal teams to support day‑to‑day servicing, onboarding of new business, and market submissions for renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in delegated authority or London Market insurance.
• Ability to reconcile bordereaux with high data quality.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Lloyd’s platforms.

Responsibilities

• Accurate preparation of DUA documentation and related documents.
• Collating and balancing risk, premium, and claims bordereaux.
• Liaising with Policy and Claims teams to ensure premiums and PCs are paid on time.
• Assisting in integrating new clients and Underwriter entities with due diligence.
• Interpreting clauses and coverage types with the team of business producers.
• Preparing market submissions and reports for new business and renewals.
• Using Lloyd’s systems including DCOM, Atlas, Crystal, and PPL.
