An outstanding opportunity to join a leading global insurance business. As a Binding Authority Account Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day handling of nominated Delegated Underwriting Authority (DUA) contracts, working closely with a team of brokers to proactively ensure the best service to Coverholders and their Underwriters.

• Accurate preparation of DUA documentation (e.g., Binding Authority Slips, Endorsements, etc.)
• Liaising with the Premium and Claims teams to ensure timely processing of premiums and claims, including follow-up where appropriate
• Preparation of statistics and generation of up-to-date reports
• Providing advice to colleagues on coverage scope and assisting clients and underwriters with clause interpretation
• Collecting and analyzing relevant information for market submissions and presentations for new business or renewals
• Utilizing Lloyd's systems such as DCOM, PPL, Atlas, and Crystal

Skills and Experience Required

• Extensive experience in drafting DUA contracts
• Deep knowledge of London market processes and procedures
• Understanding of global insurance products, especially in North American territories
• Excellent communication skills for effective meetings with coverholders and brokers
