Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting Bindery Assistants for an ASAP start in Melksham. Roles offer ongoing shifts with potential permanent placement after a trial period. Treble shifts required, with early mornings and nights.

Pay is £13.29 per hour on standard hours, with overtime at £16.90 per hour after 40 hours per week. Shifts are Monday to Friday across 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00 and 22:00–06:00. Duties include keeping machines running, producing labels and documents, coordinating with Bindery

Qualifications

• Ability to work treble shifts and start ASAP.
• Experience operating bindery machinery is beneficial.
• Ability to follow production labels and documentation.
• Maintain clean and safe working areas.

Responsibilities

• Keep bindery machines running and assist operators as needed.
• Produce labels and associated documents for work produced.
• Coordinate with Bindery Operators to sustain high production levels.
• Keep machines and work areas tidy and safe.
