Working Hours:
Average 39 hours per week. 12-hour shifts
Working Wednesday, Thursday & Friday night for 3 weeks followed by working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday night for 1 week.
Time: 18.00pm - 06.00am, includes 1x 30-minute paid break

Assist, operate and maintain bindery machine equipment
Understand and follow job instructions to ensure work is completed correctly
Ability to analyse mechanical problems and determine appropriate solutions
Contribute to quality checks for quality and accuracy
Basic machine maintenance
Communicate any issues or concerns with Bindery Team Leader
Adhere to all Health &, Safety, Environmental & Company policies, and procedures
Excellent communication verbal and written
High level of attention to detail and quality control
Strong organisational and time management skills with mechanical ability
Pro-active approach to problem solving
Strong work ethic and ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Flexible with a can-do attitude
