Job summary

Pureprint Group in Uckfield, East Sussex, is hiring for skilled Print Finishers and Bindery Machine Operators to join the night finishing team on a continental pattern. The 3×12 hour night shifts total about 156 days per year, with four days off most weeks, offering a permanent full-time role and a modern production facility with ongoing investment.

You will work on various finishing equipment and contribute to high-quality, efficient output.

Qualifications

• Experienced in folding, stitching, guillotine and/or binding.
• Confident setting up and troubleshooting finishing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality.
• Comfortable working independently during night shifts.
• Positive, reliable and ready to contribute to the team.

Join Our Print Finishing Team (Nights, Continental Shift)

We’re looking for skilled, hands on Print Finishers and Bindery Machine Operators to join our busy night finishing team at Pureprint Group, one of the UK’s leading print and marketing services companies.

We’re hiring for multiple skilled finishing roles across:

A shift pattern that gives you more time outside work

Our continental night shift pattern is 3 x 12 hour shifts per week, giving you four days away from work most weeks.

That means you’re scheduled to work around 156 days per year, before annual leave, leaving more of the week free for family, hobbies and other priorities.

It’s a great option if you want the security of a permanent, full time role while having more days away from work than a traditional five day working week.

As part of a close knit night shift team, you’ll run a variety of finishing equipment, making sure every job is completed to a high standard of quality and efficiency.
