Job summary

A leading design and build company is seeking a BIM Technician in Leeds to enhance the efficiency of water and wastewater treatment systems. You will support BIM outputs throughout project lifecycles, ensure compliance with CAD/BIM standards, and validate models from suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a qualification in CAD/BIM, proficiency in Revit, and experience with 3D models. Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in Computer-Aided Design (CAD), BIM or a related field.
• Proficiency in Revit and knowledge of water or wastewater projects.
• Experience with 3D models in a common data environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CAD/BIM design data and undertake quality control processes.
• Support the development of a common data environment platform.
• Validate CAD/BIM models from suppliers and integrate them into models.
