We are looking for a BIM Technician to join the team in our client's Swansea office, which is located in a convenient location with free parking. This role involves working across various sectors within Building Services Design, including: Commercial, Education, Sports & Leisure, Healthcare, Residential, Aviation, Public, Arts, Heritage, and Hotels.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination across disciplines in Building Services Design.
