Zusammenfassung

Surge is seeking an experienced BIM Technician for a confidential client in IT, AV and Security. The role is remote and focuses on producing accurate 2D drawings and 3D BIM models across multiple projects, coordinating information and maintaining standards from development through delivery.

You will own allocated work while collaborating with designers, project managers and external stakeholders to ensure information is accurate, consistent and coordinated.

Qualifikationen

• Typically 3–5 years' experience in a BIM role within a relevant technical environment.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
• Understanding BIM processes, standards and model coordination.
• Experience producing drawing packages for IT, AV, Security or related systems.
• Familiarity with clash detection tools such as Navisworks.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, design intent and drawing mark-ups.
• Experience contributing to design coordination meetings.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Surge is recruiting a BIM Technician on behalf of a confidential client working across IT, AV and Security projects.

This is a remote opportunity for an experienced BIM professional who enjoys producing accurate technical drawings, coordinating design information and supporting projects from development through to delivery.

The opportunity
