Job summary

Russell Taylor Group in Greater Manchester is seeking a BIM Manager with an architectural bias to own BIM and information management across the business. You will shape standards, governance and practical workflows while collaborating with design, engineering and project delivery teams.

The role blends strategic governance with hands-on delivery, maturing existing BIM processes and ensuring standards remain proportionate and actionable for live projects in a growing technical organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience in a multidisciplinary design practice.
• Strong understanding of BIM and information management on real projects.
• Architectural bias with understanding of design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of BIM and information management practices across the business.
• Develop and mature BIM governance, processes, standards and workflows.
• Ensure consistent BIM application across projects and systems.
• Support design and installation teams with practical BIM guidance.
• Align information management with ISO 19650 principles.
• Monitor ISO 19650 developments and contribute to accreditation roadmap.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and project teams.
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to improve BIM capability.
