Job summary

A BIM Manager with an architectural bias is sought to lead BIM and information management for a Manchester-based team working on Life Science projects. The role emphasizes governance, standards, and practical application to support project delivery.

You will shape BIM processes across the business, working with design and engineering teams to mature information management and accreditation plans while delivering effective project outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in a multidisciplinary design practice.
• BIM and information management knowledge for built environment projects.
• Good understanding of ISO 19650 principles and processes.
• Experience applying BIM on live projects.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop BIM and information management practices across the business.
• Ensure consistent and proportionate BIM across projects and internal systems.
• Develop and maintain BIM standards, processes and governance per ISO 19650.
• Support evolving ISO 19650 requirements within the business.
• Help deliver BIM/information management accreditation roadmap.
• Collaborate with design, engineering and project teams for practical delivery.
• Provide guidance to embed best BIM practice across the business.
• Identify opportunities to improve BIM workflows and information management.
• Balance governance with live project requirements.
