Job summary

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced BIM Specialist to join an architectural team in London on an initial 3-month Outside IR35 contract. The role is Revit focused, supporting BIM delivery and coordination across live projects, with hybrid travel into London two to three days per week.

You will integrate quickly into the team, provide strong technical BIM capability from the outset and help maintain BIM standards across project information.

Qualifications

• Experience as BIM Specialist or BIM Coordinator or similar
• Revit experience is essential
• Architectural project experience
• BIM and model coordination capability
• Ability to produce and manage accurate project information
• Good technical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to integrate quickly into an existing project team
• Good communication and collaborative working skills

Job description

Looking for an experienced BIM Specialist to join the architectural team within a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy for an immediate contract requirement in London.

The role is Revit focused, supporting BIM delivery and coordination across live projects. They're looking for someone who can integrate quickly into the existing team and provide strong technical BIM capability from the outset.

This is an initial 3-month Outside IR35 contract. A hybrid travel arrangement can be offered into London a minimum of two days per week, ideally three where possible.

The Role

You'll be involved in:

• Supporting BIM delivery
• Developing and managing project information using Revit
• Producing and maintaining accurate BIM models
• Supporting model coordination throughout project delivery
• Working closely with architectural and wider project teams
• Reviewing and updating models in line with project requirements
• Identifying and resolving BIM and model coordination issues
• Maintaining consistent standards across project information
• Supporting the effective delivery of BIM requirements
