Eden Brown is recruiting a BIM Project Lead (MEP) in London to drive Stage 5 MEP coordination, model quality and construction deliverables. Based in Shoreditch, you will lead BIM activities across projects, coordinating with engineers, contractors and subcontractors.

The role requires 2–5 years in MEP BIM, proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD, with knowledge of ISO 19650. You will mentor junior technicians and support outsourced teams.

BIM Project Lead (MEP)

Location: Shoreditch, London

Salary: £60,000-£65,000 DOE

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a BIM Project Lead to join a growing building services team based in Shoreditch, London. This role will focus on the delivery of Stage 5 MEP projects, taking responsibility for BIM coordination, model quality and construction-stage deliverables.

Working closely with engineers, contractors, subcontractors and project stakeholders, you will help ensure models are accurate, coordinated and delivered in line with project requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BIM Coordinator or Senior BIM Technician looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate BIM activities across Stage 5 MEP construction projects.
• Manage and maintain federated MEP models using Autodesk Revit.

• Knowledge of BIM standards, including ISO 19650.

Desirable Experience

• Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360 or similar Common Data Environments (CDEs).
• Managing outsourced BIM teams and reviewing their deliverables.
• Previous experience supporting site-based construction coordination.

Salary

• A competitive basic salary of £60,000-£65,000, depending on experience, is on offer for the successful candidate.
