Eden Brown is seeking an experienced MEP BIM Lead to oversee BIM delivery across multiple data centre projects from its London office near Liverpool Street. You will coordinate MEP models, ensure clashes are resolved, and drive BIM standards in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong Revit and Navisworks skills, a solid background in mechanical and electrical services, and the ability to manage stakeholders across design, project management and site teams.

Competenze

• Proven experience in an MEP BIM Lead, BIM Manager or senior BIM coordination role.
• Strong background in mechanical and electrical building services.
• Experience working on data centre projects or other complex developments.
• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Experience managing BIM coordination across multiple projects.
• Good understanding of MEP installation, sequencing and services coordination.
• Knowledge of BIM Execution Plans, clash detection and information management.
• Excellent communication skills coordinating between design, project management and site teams.

MEP BIM Lead - Data Centres

Location: Liverpool Street, London

Salary: Up to 80,000, dependent on experience

Working Pattern: 4 days office-based, 1 day working from home

The Opportunity

An established building services contractor is looking to appoint an experienced MEP BIM Lead to oversee BIM delivery across several data centre projects from its London office, near Liverpool Street.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong BIM professional with a background in mechanical and electrical building services to take a leading role across multiple large-scale data centre developments. The successful candidate will oversee BIM coordination and delivery, ensuring models are accurate, services are fully coordinated and project teams have the information required to deliver installations efficiently.

The role would suit someone with a strong understanding of MEP installation and construction, who can manage BIM activities across multiple projects while working closely with design teams, project managers, engineers and site-based personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee BIM delivery across several data centre projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively between design, project management and site teams.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
