Job summary

Johnson BIM is seeking a proactive Junior BIM Manager to oversee on-site BIM processes, coordinate models, run clash detection, and support project delivery.

You will review subcontractor models, manage COBie data exchanges, and act as on-site BIM liaison, with Revizto as a key tool. Experience in construction and BIM standards (ISO 19650) is valued; Revit/Navisworks experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Hands-on BIM coordination on construction sites.
• Strong experience with clash detection and on-site coordination.
• Knowledge of COBie data requirements and information exchange.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage BIM coordination processes on site.
• Carry out clash detection and issue tracking, primarily using Revizto.
• Review models from subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage COBie data requirements and ensure accurate information exchange.
• Support site teams with BIM-related processes and provide technical input.
