A leading company in defence and security is seeking a BIM Manager to deliver, implement, and manage BIM processes. This hybrid role involves collaboration with diverse teams and offers a supportive culture prioritizing flexibility and professional development. Ideal candidates will be proficient in 3D modeling and knowledgeable about BIM standards.
Our Amentum Defence and Security teams provide design and engineering services for our nuclear and defence clients across the UK and abroad. Our team is experiencing exciting growth and long-term prospects within our established practice, and we are looking for BIM skills, if you are passionate about developing yourself and in meeting new challenges. We offer hybrid working with 1-2 days in the office. Occasional site visits may be necessary.
About the opportunity:
The individual will have the opportunity to work alongside highly skilled teams delivering, implementing and managing BIM. We offer hybrid working with 2-3 days in the office, and we have a UK network of offices to accommodate your location with a mix of hybrid working. We have excellent IT support. Occasional site visits may be necessary.
Working on a variety of projects in the defence and security sector, this role is for the Non-Nuclear Engineering Partner (NNEP) framework, a partnership between AWE and our company, tasked with delivering a major contribution to the AWE improvement plan. The NNEP framework supports the UK’s Continuous At-Sea Deterrent (CASD) capability. The NNEP Engineering function provides full life cycle engineering solutions across asset investment programmes and new capability projects.
