The role of a BIM Co-ordinator at Rolls-Royce Submarines involves supporting the delivery of a major construction project at our Raynesway site and the ongoing management of digital twin projects. The position requires working on-site at Raynesway, adhering to ISO 19650 standards, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure BIM processes are followed effectively. Responsibilities include managing Asset Information Models, validating IFC and COBie deliverables, performing clash detection, and maintaining BIM documentation.

Qualifications include proven experience in BIM coordination, strong knowledge of ISO 19650, proficiency with Solibri Model Checker, and experience managing a CDE. Familiarity with Autodesk Revit is advantageous.
