Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead the digital delivery of multidisciplinary engineering projects across the UK. You will implement BIM and Digital best practices, guide CDE configurations, and drive collaboration across technical teams.

Based in a flexible UK-wide setup with hybrid working, you will lead BIM execution plans, manage information exchange, and contribute to business development while shaping the future of digital engineering within the Tetra Tech group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an AEC environment with BIM/ISO 19650 knowledge.
• Experience developing BIM/Digital Execution Plans and managing CDEs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM and Digital delivery across multidisciplinary projects.
• Develop BIM/Digital Execution Plans aligned to client requirements.
• Champion digital best practice through the project lifecycle.
• Configure and manage Common Data Environments (CDEs).
• Establish BIM collaboration platforms and ensure information exchange.
• Lead kick-off meetings, clash detection, reviews and reporting.
• Support tender submissions requiring BIM expertise.
• Develop BIM standards and contribute to strategic BIM initiatives.
