  • Chair and facilitate model coordination meetings, clash detection workshops, and design review sessions.
  • Manage federated models to identify and resolve clashes, constructability challenges, and installation conflicts before they impact site delivery.
  • Coordinate closely with Design Managers, Consultants, and Project Teams to ensure model accuracy and project alignment.
  • Ensure models are developed to the required Level of Information Need (LOIN) and meet project delivery requirements.
Data Centre & MEP Coordination
  • Provide technical leadership for the coordination of mission-critical infrastructure systems, including:

  • Conduct regular site visits to understand installation sequencing, construction methodologies, and field conditions.
  • Support design reviews, technical workshops, and constructability assessments.
  • Assist in the resolution of site-based coordination issues and technical queries.
  • Ensure BIM outputs support commissioning, handover, and as-built documentation requirements.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop BIM Coordinators, Modellers, and Digital Engineering personnel.
  • Allocate resources across projects and manage team workloads to meet programme requirements.
