Job summary

Protec Fire & Security Group Ltd is seeking a BIM Manager to lead strategic and operational BIM delivery across Fire & Security projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and effective information management throughout design, construction, handover and operation.

The role focuses on ISO 19650 compliance, BEP/IDP development, and building information governance, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and maturing BIM processes to support asset information management and lifecycle needs.

Qualifications

• ISO 19650 Practitioner certification is required.
• Experience developing BEPs, IDPs, and BIM standards.
• Experience leading BIM teams across projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM delivery across Fire & Security projects and ensure coordination and compliance with client, regulatory and project requirements.
• Develop, implement and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and project information management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 framework and UK BIM Framework.
• Coordinate federated models and perform clash detection across disciplines.
• Maintain and improve Common Data Environment (CDE) processes and information governance.
• Deliver BIM training and mentor internal teams to raise capability.
• Assist in achieving ISO 19650 certification and ongoing compliance.
