Job summary

Plymouth‑based role leading BIM delivery for Building Services projects within a multidisciplinary team. You will drive BIM standards, coordinate models, and manage asset information from concept to handover.

The role combines hands‑on delivery with strategic development of digital workflows, requiring strong collaboration with architects, engineers and clients. Hybrid working is available with office presence in Plymouth four days a week.

Qualifications

• Proven BIM or Digital Engineering experience in Building Services.
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM standards.
• Experience producing BIM Execution Plans.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination across multidisciplinary Building Services projects.
• Develop, review and maintain BEPs for projects.
• Manage Revit models throughout all project stages.
• Coordinate models with architects, structural engineers and external consultants.
• Implement BIM workflows in line with ISO 19650 standards.
• Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and resolve issues.
• Support innovation in digital design and construction processes.
• Manage asset information throughout the project lifecycle.
• Attend client meetings relating to digital delivery and asset information requirements.
• Deliver final asset data for project handover.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of internal BIM standards and workflows.
• Provide technical guidance on BIM best practice.
