Job summary

SSEN Transmission has a 2-role opportunity for Digital Information (BIM) Coordinators to drive modelling principles and geolocation across major projects. You will configure CDE modules, validate information, and upskill teams while ensuring compliant workflows.

Based in Scotland with up to 50% office time across Perth, Aberdeen or Inverness, you will contribute to the ASTI Pathway to 2030 and Eastern Greenlink programs with a strong focus on data accuracy and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Excellent administration and organisational skills with experience in Autodesk Forma.
• Expert knowledge of authoring information in AutoCAD, Revit and Civil 3D.
• Experience coordinating multiple tasks and producing clear reports.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 and UK BIM Framework guidance.
• Ability to liaise with internal teams and external supply chain partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the configuration of modules within the CDE using Autodesk Forma to fit project needs.
• Assist in preparing processes to embed information requirements per BS EN ISO 19650 and UK BIM Framework.
• Upskill internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with workflows.
• Act as main contact for Information management tasks and coordinate confidential model information with external partners.
• Verify and validate model information and asset data, ensuring spatial accuracy and consistency across projects.
