Job summary

Jackson Hogg Limited is recruiting a BIM Technologist to join a growing digital consultancy delivering BIM, information management and digital transformation across healthcare, public sector and major construction projects in the UK. The role focuses on improving information delivery and project controls rather than traditional modelling.

You will work hybrid across UK locations ( Newcastle preferred ), engaging stakeholders, developing digital processes, and contributing to ISO19650-aligned

Qualifications

• Experience with BIM, information management, or digital delivery in construction.
• Understanding of ISO19650 standards and CDE workflows.
• Proactive mindset with ability to improve processes and adopt new tech.
• Experience communicating with clients and stakeholders.
• Healthcare, infrastructure or major projects experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital project controls and information requirements.
• Oversee CDE management and ISO19650 alignment.
• Provide expertise in digital processes and audits.
• Design and deliver training for teams and clients.
• Lead digital processes on projects and integrate with delivery.
• Stay updated on new technologies and innovations.
• Advise stakeholders on digital best practices and compliance.
