Job summary

ARV Solutions Contracts is seeking a Design Manager in Leamington Spa to lead multi-project design, coordinate disciplines and drive BIM workflows across lifecycles. You will oversee design programmes, resolve technical challenges, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure delivery.

The role requires strong BIM expertise, ISO19650 understanding, and a degree in Architecture/Engineering or related field. An opportunity to influence design excellence in off-site construction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Design Management or similar leadership role within the built environment.
• Strong background delivering building design projects from concept through completion.
• Advanced Revit capability and practical BIM management experience.
• Thorough understanding of ISO 19650 standards and digital delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design process across multiple building projects.
• Coordinate and integrate design activities across architectural, production and technical disciplines.
• Manage design programmes, ensuring delivery against project requirements and deadlines.
• Oversee BIM workflows and model coordination throughout project lifecycles.
• Identify, resolve and mitigate design challenges.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders for project delivery.
• Review design documents for quality, compliance and consistency.
• Support and develop design team capability while promoting continuous improvement.
