Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ experience in a BIM Coordinator or BIM Technician role within the M&E / Building Services sector.
• Strong knowledge of Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage.
• Experience coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating multi-disciplinary MEP models across major construction projects.
• Managing clash detection and resolution processes.
• Supporting production of coordinated, buildable models and construction drawings.
