Job summary

Velocity Recruitment is seeking a proactive BIM Coordinator to join a leading main contractor in London. You will coordinate BIM processes across projects, support BEPs, manage CDEs, and lead clash detection using Navisworks, Revit, and Solibri.

You will work with design and construction teams to ensure ISO 19650 compliance and effective use of 3D/4D/5D models throughout the lifecycle, delivering high-quality BIM deliverables on schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as BIM Coordinator or similar role in main contractor/subcontractor/consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of BIM Level 2, ISO 19650, and information management.
• Experience coordinating with designers, consultants, and site teams using common data environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM processes across multiple projects including central London schemes.
• Support BEP development, implementation, and maintenance to meet client requirements.
• Coordinate BIM information between project teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Manage Common Data Environments (CDEs) for accurate, timely information sharing.
• Lead clash detection, model federation, and design coordination using Navisworks, Revit, and Solibri.
• Attend BIM and design coordination meetings and track issues to resolution.
