Job summary

HS2 Ltd. is recruiting a BIM Coordinator to lead the design and engineering information management for the Midlands section of the project.

Based in Birmingham, you will manage deliverables, coordinate supply chain information in the BIM environment and foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. You will drive model validation, coordinate workshops, support health and safety initiatives, and help coach apprentices and graduates in BIM practices while ensuring compliance with UK BIM

Qualifications

• Experience as a BIM Coordinator or similar role in construction or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes, model coordination and information management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage the Project Information Model.

Responsibilities

• Manage collection and storage of deliverables and outputs per BIM processes.
• Lead integration and coordination of supply chain information into the BIM environment.
• Engage with downstream users to improve workflows and health and safety alignment.
• Coordinate Sublot BIM coordination workshops and model coordination meetings.
• Manage the Project Information Model (PIM) and close out review comments and clash reports.
• Conduct validation checks on design models and ensure required information is present.
