Our client is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join their Infrastructure team in St Neots.

Key Skills Required:

Relevant professional qualification to HNC or higher, thorough knowledge of BIM implementation, and awareness of UK BIM Framework standards (BS1192, PAS1192, ISO 19650). Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and develop design to construction using BIM processes (4D, 5D & 5D+), focusing on sustainability, digital engineering, buildability, carbon footprint, logistics, industrialisation, maintenance, and health/safety during construction and in use.
2. Drive the production of As-Built information with asset data-rich 2D/3D models and drawings.
3. Support the BIM Manager with coordination, assurance, and reporting of BIM information.
4. Assist the construction team with model and drawing development.
