Your Role...
- Assist the BIM Manager with developing and enforcing BIM standards and workflows. Report to BIM manager for clarification and implement their requirements.
- Coordinate architectural models with other disciplines (MEP, Structural, etc.).
- Support project teams in model setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform quality checks and clash detection using Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC.
- Guide and train project teams on BIM tools and processes.
- Collaborate with design teams to integrate BIM strategies into project delivery.
- Manage project data, file organization, and BIM-related documentation.
Your Team
- ESA Architecture is a UK-based member of WSP, working on diverse projects including commercial, housing, transportation, pharmaceutical, and logistics sectors.
- Focus on serving a long-term relationship with a leading client in the logistics sector.
- You will report to the Client Account Director and a client-based line manager.
- Our team of 60 is based in offices in London, Bristol, Cardiff, Glasgow, and Birmingham.

What We Look For
- Experience in architectural practice with a focus on BIM.
- Expert-level Revit skills, familiar with Dynamo, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC.
- Strong graphical and effective communication of technical details.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience delivering BIM on medium to large-scale projects through to construction (BIM level/stage 2+).
- Knowledge of project asset management (e.g., CoBIE).
- Familiarity with data management tools like Excel, macros, AutoCAD, scripting (Lisp).
- Ability to obtain UK Security Check (SC).
