FOLIO in London is seeking mid to senior BIM Coordinators to support design teams and promote the implementation and use of Revit on complex healthcare, mixed-use, and workplace projects. You will set up models and templates, manage workflows, run clash detection, and coordinate with consultants to ensure efficiency and high standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years BIM coordinator experience on healthcare or workplace projects.

Position:

This are immediate roles for mid - senior BIM Coordinators to support design teams and promote the implementation and use of BIM Revit on a range of complex projects across healthcare, mixed use and/or workplace. You will be setting up models and templates, managing workflows, running clash detection and coordinating with consultants to ensure a high level of efficiency, compliance and promoting best practice. You will play a key role in the development of both technology and processes as well as individual learning and mentoring.

Candidate:

• Background in architecture/BIM or equivalent with 3+ years experience working as a BIM Coordinator on either workplace or healthcare projects.
• Excellent practical experience in setting up of models, family and template creation as well as coordination and clash detection across projects simultaneously.
• A strong understanding of processes and standards including ISO 19560 and ACC platforms is required.
• You will be approachable with excellent interpersonal skills and an eagerness to share your passion of BIM and technologies with others.
• Right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship
