Job description

My client is an internationally recognised, design-led architecture practice seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join its London studio. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a major, technically complex healthcare project, supporting the delivery of a large-scale multidisciplinary scheme.

Working within the project team, you'll coordinate BIM processes, manage digital information and ensure high-quality project delivery in line with ISO 19650 standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate BIM delivery in accordance with ISO 19650 and project Exchange Information Requirements (EIR).

  • Manage and maintain federated Revit models across multiple disciplines.

  • Lead digital coordination, clash detection and model reviews.

  • Carry out model QA/QC, ensuring geometry, classification and structured asset data meet project standards.

  • Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows and information exchanges.

  • Support BIM content management, data validation and project information delivery.

  • Provide day-to-day BIM support to the design team and assist with workflow improvements and training where required.

About You

You’ll have:

  • A qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or a related discipline.

  • At least 5 years' experience within a design or construction environment.

  • Proven experience coordinating BIM on large, complex multidisciplinary building projects.

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and information management.

  • Advanced Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) skills.

  • Experience using coordination software such as Navisworks, Solibri or Revizto.

  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Experience delivering healthcare projects would be highly advantageous but is not essential.

What's on Offer

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, forward-thinking practice delivering some of the UK's most complex projects. You’ll work alongside talented multidisciplinary teams in a supportive environment that encourages professional development, continuous learning and career progression, with access to training, mentorship and support towards professional memberships.

*Where we indicate a band of PQE for a role, this indicates how long we would expect an architectural professional to take to gain the level of experience required in an appropriate context. It does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE who can demonstrate that they have acquired the relevant experience.
