Job summary

Pinnacle are seeking a BIM & Digital Information Coordinator to join our residential development and contracting team on live construction projects. You will coordinate, federate and review models across architectural, structural and MEP interfaces to ensure coordination, accuracy and ISO 19650 compliance.

You will work with the BIM Information Manager, design teams and subcontractors, run Navisworks clash detection, manage BIM collaboration tools, and help develop BIM standards and Power BI

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a BIM Coordinator, BIM Technician or Digital Construction Coordinator.
• Proficient with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage; clash detection experience.
• Familiar with ISO 19650 and data environment processes; able to work with EIRs/AIRs/BEPs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and federate architectural, structural and MEP models across live projects.
• Run clash detection in Navisworks and manage issues through BIMcollab and reports.
• Review Revit models for compliance: coordinates, levels, grids, naming, model health.
