Job summary

Larbey Evans Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Billing Supervisor on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role sits within the firm’s Billing team, reporting to the Revenue Manager, and requires immediate availability.

You will oversee a team of 6 billers, manage complex client invoices, ensure accuracy and compliance with HMRC and SRA rules, and drive process improvements using Elite 3E.

Hybrid working: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote, 9:30–17:30, 27 days leave, West End location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years current legal billing experience is essential.
• Elite 3E experience essential.
• Strong understanding of billing processes and financial management.
• Knowledge of HMRC and SRA rules.

Billing Supervisor (6 -Month FTC)

This prestigious London law firm requires an experienced Senior Biller / Billing Supervisor to provide cover on an initial 6- month fixed-term contract. Candidates must be available immediately/within 2-3 weeks to start and able to commit for the duration of the contract

The Billing Supervisor will report into the Revenue Manager and oversee a busy Billing team of 6 and support with detailed billing requests across the firm. This interim Billing Supervisor role will take on a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the billing process, taking ownership on important requests from Partners. You will be a confident communicator, capable of delegating workloads and acting as a mentor and point of support for the Legal Billers. The firm use 3E for billing and it is essential the incoming Billing Supervisor has a sound working knowledge of the platform.

Skills & Requirements of the Billing Supervisor:
