Portsmouth Water is looking for a Billing and Revenue Assurance Lead to shape the future of our billing operations within the Debt Management team. You will ensure accurate and timely bills, drive performance, and provide insights to support a modern, data-driven billing environment.
You will monitor billing health, manage data quality, and collaborate across Finance, Customer Services, Product, and external partners to maintain end-to-end billing integrity.

Portsmouth Water are delighted to have an opening for a Billing and Revenue Assurance Lead to help shape the future of our billing operations. Joining our Debt Management team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive accurate and timely bills, while providing the insight, assurance and controls needed to support a modern, data-driven billing environment. Working across the business, you'll help drive performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure our billing processes continue to deliver a great customer experience throughout this exciting period of change.
If you are successful for the role, you will be required to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) pre-employment checks that will include a basic disclosure check. Depending on the role, you may also be required to go through the national security vetting process for either a CTC or SC clearance check. Any offer of employment is conditional upon completion and receipt of satisfactory checks.
