Billing Assistant

Are you detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy in billing?

We're looking for a Billing Assistant to join our dynamic finance team at Movianto UK in our state-of-the-art Bedford HQ. Working Monday to Friday, 37.5hrs a week and you'll be paid £25,000.

How you'll make an impact as a Billing Assistant at Movianto:

1. Manage invoicing, claims, credits, and backup creation (VAS, Couriers, TPI, PCNs) while resolving client queries efficiently.
2. Process manual invoices and claims, clear billing mailbox, and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel), communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and support financial duties and project testing.
4. Maintain a customer-first approach and collaborate well with diverse teams.

What it will take to thrive as a Billing Assistant at Movianto:

1. Utilising strong organisational skills with a methodical and logical approach to managing tasks and processes.
2. Managing client query resolution and billing claims.
3. Creating and emailing backup for weekly and monthly invoices.
4. Processing approved client service level and claim credits.
5. Assisting with any financial duties within the job holder's capabilities.
6. Any ad hoc reporting or activities to support the business.
7. Supporting project testing and system changes.
