MyNewTerm seeks a Billing and Collections Administrator to manage the School’s fee billing process, including termly invoices, parent queries, reporting and debt management, in a part-time 20-hour week role in Oundle.
The role requires strong Word/Excel skills and confident communication with parents via email and telephone, acting as the central expert for invoicing and payment handling within the Bursary.
We are seeking a Billing and Collections Administrator to provide an accurate and efficient management of the School’s fee billing process, including termly invoice production, parent queries, reporting and debt management.
To be successful in the role, we are requiring a candidate that has strong experience with word/excel and they are confident to communicate to parents via email and telephone.
The role will act as the central point of expertise on behalf of the Bursary, in respect of all School fee invoicing, extras and payment handling, whilst providing excellent customer service at all times.
