Oundle School in England is seeking a flexible Pastoral Assistant to join the House team. The role requires availability during term time, with shifts typically from 15:30 to 20:00 on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday, providing transport to A&E or walk-in clinics and offering pastoral care until relieved by Matron, parent, or Hsm.

Working as part of the Pastoral team, the role holder will report to the Housemaster/Housemistress (Hsm) of the House they are working in. To be available, flexible and committed to work as and when required during term time. While we will make every effort to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice, some requests may be short notice due to the nature of the role. Work regular hours on a rota basis to provide transport to A&E/walk-in where needed, along with pastoral care until relieved by Matron, parent, or Hsm. This will be organised in advance in accordance with the department procedures.
Each shift is likely to be from 15:30 - 20:00 on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday.
