Sharpsmart is seeking a meticulous Billing Analyst to join our finance team in a hybrid role based in Spennymoor. You will ensure accurate invoicing, review contracts for pricing alignment, and resolve billing discrepancies while supporting monthly and ad-hoc reporting.

You will collaborate with operations, sales, and customer service to streamline billing processes, manage credit notes, and maintain data integrity across portals and documentation.

Qualifications
