Job summary

SOLiD EMEA is seeking a Technical Support Engineer (EMEA) based in Reading, UK, with flexibility for remote work where appropriate. The role focuses on technical customer support, product configuration, system deployment, fault diagnosis and training across SOLiD Technologies offerings.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English & French), comfortable in a customer-facing role, and able to travel within the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe.

Qualifications

• Able to hold technical discussions in English and French.
• Legal right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Strong understanding of RF principles and cellular networks.
• Willingness to develop knowledge in Open RAN and related tech.
• Excellent communication and timekeeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer support requests via email and ticketing system.
• Manage and escalate technical cases; provide first-line remote and on-site support.
• Monitor the EMEA support email mailbox and coordinate with HQ teams.
• Support RMA activities and assist with remote hardware diagnostics.
• Deliver and assist in technical training sessions for customers.
