Job summary

Haemonetics Interventional Technologies is seeking a Software Support Analyst to join the Systems Support team in the UK or Italy (near Coventry). You will be the frontline for delivering technical support for Haemonetics software, databases, and interfaces, assisting customers by phone, email, and remote tools across the UK and Italy.

Qualifications

Experience in technical support, helpdesk or IT support environment.
Experience supporting healthcare software or medical devices.
Fluent written and spoken English and Italian.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support for Haemonetics software applications and hardware.
Troubleshoot software, database, networking, and interface issues across the EMEA region.
Assist customers via phone, email, and remote tools and document activities in the ticketing system.
Escalate complex issues to internal teams and collaborate with developers and field staff.
Use SQL Server Management Studio to investigate database issues and support quotes as needed.
